Hello, call me Naya! In addition to my strong expertise in mediation, counseling and certified coaching . With over 20 years' experience, I also specialize in supporting children with Asperger's, HPE, and HPI. My commitment also extends to supporting parents in the professional treatment of their children with autism.
My professional career began as an interpreter, consultant and intercultural mediator, working with official bodies in various European and Arab countries to solve problems linked to cultural diversity.
Building on the positive results obtained, I broadened my skills by becoming a certified coach and NLP practitioner. My approach aims to create a space conducive to the discovery and exploitation of individual potential.
As a coach, I work with individuals and groups, providing personalized tools and sessions focused on personal growth, problem-solving and performance enhancement. My specialization in law enforcement enables me to understand and accompany professionals facing their specific challenges.
Interculturality is a central aspect of my work, honing my ability to facilitate understanding between different cultures to foster harmonious and productive relationships.

My approach to coaching is in line with the wise saying: "Immediate help relieves a day's hunger, but knowledge and skills nourish for a lifetime". In other words, providing a solution is equivalent to offering immediate but time-limited help. However, with coaching, our aim goes far beyond that: we aim to contribute to the growth of the individual's capabilities in a sustainable and autonomous way.
Rather than simply solving momentary problems, coaching explores the skills, internal resources and latent potential of each individual. It is a process of empowerment that encourages the individual to become the master of his or her own peach, capable of meeting challenges independently.
